By engaging the publishing and production services of AMA Publishing And Production, LLC, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not utilize our services.
AMA Publishing And Production, LLC agrees to provide publishing and production services including, but not limited to, editorial development, design, formatting, and production consulting as outlined in the individualized client proposal. All project timelines, deliverables, and service details will be clearly defined prior to commencement.
Clients agree to pay for services as dictated in the official contract. Production, vendor, and distribution costs are separate from service fees unless otherwise stated in writing. AMA Publishing And Production, LLC requires timely payments to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
All creative assets, publication files, and project content generated by AMA Publishing And Production, LLC during the engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. However, AMA Publishing And Production, LLC retains the right to use non-confidential project summaries for promotional case studies, unless specifically prohibited by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Publishing and production are collaborative efforts. AMA Publishing And Production, LLC relies on the prompt delivery of materials, approvals, and feedback from the client. AMA Publishing And Production, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary resources in a timely manner.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with an agreed-upon written notice (typically 30 days). Upon termination, AMA Publishing And Production, LLC will transfer completed assets and agreed project materials back to the client.
